Wasatch Business Finance News - Letter from the CEO

July 2022

Knowledge & Service are two of the great foundations to ensuring long-term success in any business endeavor. Both are driven by and grown stronger through individual and team-based dedication. Knowledge comes from a never-ending dedication to the mastery of your craft. Service is a never-ending dedication to ensuring that your people and processes are delivering an experience that leaves your clients absolutely elated with their experience.

At Wasatch Business Finance, we operate from simple principles and streamlined processes which deliver a superior experience. We strive to be the subject matter experts on all things SBA 504 for the benefit of our clients from approval, to structuring, to loan closure and servicing. We also believe that great service is based on excellent communication. We regularly reach out to our clients with the status of their loans and respond quickly to all inquiries. We do so, knowing that we can drive the results our partners want and need through being that initiative-taking and trusted business partner that everyone wants and deserves.

We are absolutely elated with the level of support we have received via the local lending community, the Utah Small Business community, state leadership and the SBA. Wasatch Business Finance’s realization involved two and a half years of dedication, supported by our deep belief in the importance of advancing Utah Small Business initiatives. It is through simple principles, dedication, and great people in this community that we are here today.

Wasatch Business Finance is comprised of entrepreneurs, business owners and lenders. We know you because we are you and we are grateful for the opportunity to serve you. Together, we can and will help move Utah Small Business forward and create a strong legacy for those that follow.
